The positive upward trend seen in 2014 continued in 2015 for home sales in Wild Dunes. The number of homes sold, the volume of sold listings, and the median price were all up at year end compared to 2014.

In 2015, a total of 62 single-family homes sold compared to 43 in 2014.  The total volume sold was $55,131,507 compared to $41,333,850 in 2014.  And the median price per sale was $836,000.   A 3.9% increase from 2014.  With the increase in sales, came a slight reduction in the number of new listings to the market.

The condo market in Wild Dunes turned out to be different.  In 2015, a total of 49 condos sold versus 51 that sold the year before.  The volume of total sales in 2015 was $24,017,450 compared to $27,732,080.  The median sale price for condos slip as well going from $507,000 in 2014 to $475,000 in 2015.  The biggest difference noticed, was a significant decrease in the amount of condos to the market in 2015 versus 2014.  In 2014 there were a total of 48 condos listed for sale, and in 2015 the number shrunk to 23.
