Inside the gates you have access to two golf courses (the Links and Harbor Courses) and a world class tennis center which consist of 17 har-tru courts and one hard court. In the heart of Wild Dunes you will find the AAA Four Diamond Board Walk Inn, shops, restaurants, a fitness center, bike shop, and saloon.
Prices in Wild Dunes range from $300,000 to $2,000,000 for a condo, and $500,000 to $5,000,000 for a home.
Thinking about buying in Wild Dunes? Home/condo/villa owners in Wild Dunes are required to pay an annual HOA fee to the Wild Dunes Property Owners Community Association of $748 per year. Lot owners are required to pay $374 per year. When you buy in Wild Dunes, there is a one time transfer for of 1/2% or 1% of the sales price to be paid at closing.
