Positive news came yesterday when the Post and Courier reported a rise in homes sales in Charleston County and other surrounding areas. According to the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, home sales are up almost 10% from this time last year. Trends show inventory levels are decreasing and homes prices are on the rise.
