Palm Blvd with a view listed for $1,338,800. That’s right. I have been watching and waiting for this home to hit the market for sometime now. I actually have interest in this home because a client of mine put it under contract mid 2010. The deal didn’t work which I want go into and the listing was withdrawn from the market. I knew it would pop back up at some point.
This home was custom built in 2005 by who I assume to be a local builder. It shows a lot of craftsmanship throughout and has features such as a infinity edge pool (drained and will need work) and a sauna in the Master Bedroom. Although it is second row, there are great ocean views from many angles. Unfortunately the home was neglected and will need some work to get it back up and running, but overall its in pretty good shape. The asking price is a pre-approved price from Bank of America and fairly competitive. Similar homes in the last year have so respectfully for $1.3 million and $1.4 million. There is definitely opportunity here for a good buy to the savvy investor looking to get in below market value and generate good rental income.
