Pedal to Properties

Yesterday I had the opportunity to participate in a photo shot for a new Dunes Properties venture called Pedal to Properties being started by Kristen Walker.

The concept is to encourage people to ride bikes to look a listings instead of riding around in the car. I found it to be a great way to explore properties for sale and it really helped to see more of the surroundings that you would miss when speeding by in a car.

While it is still a work in progress, the idea is to start by the fall in the areas of the Charleston Peninsula, Sullivan’s Island and the Isle of Palms.

Don’t forget you also get a great workout!

Eleven marshfront townhomes remain to be sold at Sawyer’s Landing in Mt. Pleasant.

The developer has recently reduced the prices and is now offering to include an elevator for each unit as part of the purchase price. Of the eleven left, three are 4 bedroom and 4 bath, and eight are are three bedroom and three bath.

The views are some of the best you will find in Mt. Pleasant and some of the best you will find with brand new quality construction for under 1 million dollars.

The Point at Sullivan’s Island

Land that has sat undeveloped on Sullivan’s Island for years is now for sale. Not only that, but the land which has been developed into five half-acre lots, will have some of the best views on the entire island.

The lots will be sold for between $2.2 and $4.4 million dollars. Each lot will have a dock. The homes to be built will have to adhere to a county ordinance and will all be custom built.
