513 Ocean Blvd, Isle of Palms

I wanted to pass on a little information about a home I just listed on the Isle of Palms….. This is a wonderful second row opportunity on prestigious Ocean Blvd. Enjoy ocean breezes from the spacious screened in porch while enjoying views of the Atlantic Ocean and having the luxury of beach access directly across the street. Owners have just refinished the hardwood floors, replaced the carpet, and painted the entire interior of the home. A new roof and skylights were recently added as well. The home is being sold furnished including wall pictures and two LCD TV’s. Other features include custom fit wood panels for hurricane protection, double ovens in the kitchen, and an enclosed wood fence in the back yard. The yard was recently landscaped with the addition of new palmetto trees. Great rental potential! Please contact me for me information.

Good News for Real Estate

Is it time to buy again? The Feature Editor for Fortune Magazine thinks so. Nondistressed areas are already showing the signs of an increase in buying because of job growth, and distressed markets will follow. Things look good for new homes, as inventories of resale homes reduce.

The article posted in CNNMoney.com is rather long, but worth the read.
