Beachside is an Isle of Palms subdivision made up of 57 beach cottages. Owners have access to a community pool, tennis court, and private boardwalk to the beach. A few of the cottages are oceanfront, and the rest are just a short walk to the beach.
Ownership Fees & Coverage:
$180 quarterly association fee due the 1st of each month. The annual insurance fee is approximately $5,000 which includes flood. Fees cover upkeep of the common grounds, pool, tennis court, etc.
